How we source (and why we’re cheaper)

We purchase clearance lines, end-of-run stock, retail overstocks and distributor deals from within Australia. By buying smart and keeping overheads low, we can offer competitive pricing while supplying authentic, unopened products.

Note: Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand. Where a brand doesn’t provide local warranty on our channel, we honour your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and will assist with a remedy.

Returns & Warranty

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Every item we sell is brand-new, genuine and carefully checked before it leaves our warehouse.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please email us within 7 days at Info.Rapiddeals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll sort it quickly — whether that means a replacement, repair or refund — in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns

Because we deal in brand-new, sealed tools, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check model numbers and compatibility before purchasing.

How we handle approved returns

For approved claims, RapidDeals covers the return shipping and aims to process your replacement or refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
